Those who know me know that I am a big fan of classical music. I started playing the piano since I was seven-ish so I definitely have an appreciation for anyone that can play the classics. I have many amazingly talented friends that can play the piano in ways that are hard to describe. The emotion that comes out when they play is breathtaking.

But I haven’t met anyone play, with such passion, as Julia here. When she plays that Cello, her whole body breathes emotion. Hearing her and watching her almost brought me to tears. I say almost because I was surrounded by people and I didn’t want them to think I was any less manly than I already am. I have always said that if I were to learn a second instrument, it would be the Cello. I find the sound that comes from the cello to be rivaled only by the piano (this is of course, my opinion). Also, cool pop culture reference, she played at a wedding from a former Real Housewives of New York.

Julia is smart, talented, funny and has a great smile! I can’t wait to see her play again in June.
